Holiday Gift Idea - Cake Truffles

Good Morning America said Cake Balls are the hottest gift giving idea for this Holiday season.  Here is an example of a way to spice up your gift!

The cake truffles are Paula Dean's Holiday Spice Cake and Emeril Lagasse's cream cheese icing that I currently can't find the link for but here's the recipe:

• 12 oz Cream Cheese
• 3/4 Heavy Cream
• 6 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
• 9 Teaspoons Water
• 3 cup confectioners suger

Use sprinkles and colored candy coating to be festive with the cake truffles! Find a unique jar or tin, add a little bow or ribbon and done!
