White Chocolate Peanuts - TWO ingredients

If you can melt chocolate, you can do this!! All you need are two ingredients:

 - White Almond Bark
- Salted Cocktail Peanuts

I am not exactly sure how much almond bark I used because I had extra chocolate after making a batch of cake balls and decided not to waste it. That's also where the red drizzle comes from, extra cake ballin' chocolate. Another reason why I didn't put an amount for the almond bark is every one likes this differently, and no way is incorrect. Some like more chocolate, while others like a fine coating.

TO MAKE: Pour peanuts into melted white chocolate until you are satisfied with the level of coating, whether it be extra chocolate or a fine coating. Place on a wax or parchment paper until hardened.

You can also adapt this recipe by adding crushed pretzels or using brown chocolate coating.  Don't be afraid to try new things!
